About Coach Phil, Founder of Workout PIKE Inc.

Phil is the founder of Workout PIKE Inc., bringing over a decade of expertise in strength and conditioning to his clients. He holds an Honors Specialization degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario and has built a distinguished career working with professional athletes and elite competitors across a variety of sports.

Phil’s professional journey has been defined by a commitment to delivering evidence-based, results-driven solutions in the following areas:

  • Injury Rehabilitation & Prevention: Specialized training for pre- and post-operative recovery, ensuring a safe and effective return to activity.

  • Athletic Performance Optimization: Tailored programs designed to enhance strength, endurance, and overall performance for athletes at all levels.

  • Individualized Training for Sustainable Results: Customized approaches that prioritize long-term progress and pain-free movement for individuals of all backgrounds.

From 2021 to 2023, Coach Phil served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach at Collège Bourget, playing a pivotal role in the athletic development of promising young athletes. Today, his mission transcends high-level sports, focusing on empowering individuals to lead active, healthy, and unrestricted lives.

PIKE works with client all over the province and operates out of two premier facilities in Quebec:

  • Athlex: A state-of-the-art fitness center offering cutting-edge training environments.

  • Myo Club Privé: An exclusive private club dedicated to personalized fitness experiences.

Coach Mylène brings nearly 5 years of experience in the fitness industry, complemented by advanced private training certifications in both exercise and nutrition. Throughout her career, she has guided numerous clients to achieve their fitness and fat-loss goals through tailored, results-oriented strategies.

Her approach focuses on empowering clients to:

  • Adopt Lasting Lifestyle Changes: Building habits that stick for lifelong health and wellness.

  • Make Smarter Nutritional Choices: Developing a better understanding of food and its impact on their goals.
